I enjoy most classes at this studio, particularly the introductory and basic classes which are excellent for beginners. However, the Friday basic/beginner hip hop class seems misclassified - it moves extremely fast with minimal explanation of fundamentals and quickly advances to difficult moves. When I mentioned this to reception, the response was disappointing - instead of acknowledging my feedback, they simply suggested my skill level was inadequate. If you're marketing classes as 'basic/beginner,' the content should match that description.I appreciate the quality instruction here and will continue attending other classes, but hope the studio can improve both their class descriptions and how reception handles customer feedback. - Elizaveta Baronina
