World Arts East Reviews
I've been taking Erica's Saturday Samba class for over a year, and I’m so grateful to her! Teaching me to Samba is no easy feat, but she’s made it not only possible but incredibly fun. Erica is a dedicated and creative teacher. Her energy and joy make every class something I look forward to, and her ability to break down complex moves has made Samba feel accessible. The space is also fantastic, and they host fun community events that make the experience even better. If you want to learn Samba or just experience the joy of dancing, you couldn’t ask for a better teacher and environment!
Aug 24, 2024 · Elissa LewisGreat price and amazing instruction! The class I took was ADULT BALLET. It was only $20 for an hour (she even gave me and my friend extra time). It was also our first class and she was so patient with us while we were learning the different positions. It also ended up being a great workout too. I live nearby and the only other dance class that I can find is about 30 minutes further away, so I am very happy that this is in my neighborhood!! Definitely come out if you are looking for a fun dance class!
Sep 11, 2021 · Destiny JacksonErica has built an amazing and beautiful space. She goes way beyond for teaching. I have been going every week for a few months to practice Samba more and I have so much fun every week. The space does not feel like a dance class where you go in and out and it feels anonymous, I feel like I actually get to know Erica and other students in the class. It's also beautiful to see how it draws from so many dance forms and cultures.
