People of all shapes and sizes are here to learn and express themselvesm It is like having a second family being there. Everone learns at thier own pace and are supported thoroughly and encouraged without being shamed or pushed beyond thier comfort leve.I have gained so much body positivity and confidence that I never thought possible before. My flexibility, balance, gace, and self image have all improved. I went from "I'd like to try that someday", to "I love being a dancer!"
