Started classes with The Studio last November. I have had both knees replaced and needed to get and maintain both strength and flexibility. The Studio has been THE key factor in helping me stay active and doing the things I love....I just completed the Son Doong Cave in Vietnam and there is no way I would have made it through without the flexibility I obtained through the classes at the Studio. More people of summited Mount Everest, than have conquered this cave! Early on I needed modifications and could barely keep up (sometimes that is still true) but all the instructors are fantastic about meeting you where you are and giving you the support you need for success, however you define it. - T Herr
