Here’s a look at the types of services and experiences you can find:
Sensual Movement (formerly "Tease Me™"):
This class is designed to help participants connect with their bodies and embrace their sensual side through fluid and expressive movements. It's described as "Sensual, Sexy & Shoeless" and encourages participants to "dress sexy and wear fishnets!"
Menage A Fit:
A comprehensive fitness class that offers a "3-some" workout, combining 20 minutes of dance cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of core work. It features a "super dope playlist" to keep participants energized. Attendees are advised to bring a yoga mat.
Xtreme Hip Hop Step w/ KNOAH J!:
This is a traditional step class set to new and old-school hip hop and R&B music. While it utilizes a step board, it is not mandatory to bring one. Participants should wear fitness wear and gym shoes.

Kookie's Dance Den is known for its "Twerk Fitness" classes, offering sessions like "StripperTwerk" and general twerk classes at various levels (beginners to intermediate). These classes focus on mastering twerk moves in a fun and supportive environment, aiming to burn calories, tone the lower body, enhance core strength, and improve confidence.
Beginner-Friendly Options:
Many classes are explicitly designed to be beginner-friendly, with instructors providing modifications and ensuring a welcoming environment where participants don't feel silly asking questions or needing repetitions.
Virtual Classes (Tease University):
Beyond in-person pop-ups, Kookie's Dance Den also offers virtual class options, providing flexibility and accessibility for those who prefer to participate from home.
Private Parties & Events:
The facility is available for booking private parties, such as birthday celebrations, where the dance experience is tailored to the group, often emphasizing themes of confidence and fun.
"The Kookie Kollection":
The owner, Kookie, also runs "The Kookie Kollection," an online store offering twerk gear, fun gifts, and fitness accessories like the "Sugar Kookie Shaper" waist trainer, complementing the dance and fitness offerings.
Workshops and Themed Events:
They host various workshops and themed events, such as "Who Got Them Bangz?! (Beginners Footwork) w/ Instr: Mike D!" for Chicago-style footworking, and past events like "Kookie's Twerk Farewell!" providing unique and engaging experiences.

Kookie's Dance Den Reviews
Kookie’s Dance Den is an absolute gem! I took a few classes here and fell in love with the experience. The classes were fun, engaging, and just the right amount of challenging—I’ve never had so much fun while working out! I was ready to commit to a membership because this place truly felt like home—welcoming, energetic, and full of positive vibes.Unfortunately, there don’t seem to be any regularly scheduled classes anymore, with everything now being pop-up only. While I appreciate the option for virtual classes, nothing beats the energy and connection of in-person sessions. I really hope a regular schedule returns because this space is so special, and I would love to be a part of it again.Kookie’s Dance Den is 10/10—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, inspiring, and rewarding fitness experience!* Only gave 4 stars because I’m sad about the lack of in person classes

She will make you forget about all your problems. It’s like therapy.Let’s not talk about TM2T kamp OMG😚! Kamp is where you really unleash, bond, and get to know other women’s . The DEN is the most safest place to be. Instead of calling up a friend to talk your problems out. You should try a class with kookie and you will keep coming back. And don’t forget on your first time buy the three classes for $25 pass.
