Jun 04, 2025 · Gloria WarnickiKirsten is so fun to work with and very experienced for those of us just starting out! She immediately helped me to feel at ease and confident! The whole atmosphere creates a safe space for creativity and exploration, the vibe is chill yet fun, the energy is positive and overall you just feel comfortable and ready to have fun! Thank you Kirsten for helping me feel confident in my body again!
Jun 04, 2025 · Janai BruggerThe pole class of my dreams!! I took a couple other classes at other studios before finding The Pole Palace in December 2024. None of them worked out for me. I was not only looking to be taught a certain way but for a support system as well. I have found exactly what I was looking for here. Kirsten, the owner, is sooo sweet and so passionate about the art. She’s a very patient and very encouraging teacher. She takes the time to give each of us the attention we need to help us build confidence. I love her teaching style as well. She doesn’t force you to do anything you don’t want to or aren’t comfortable with. She’s honestly a ball of light and a breath of fresh air. Pole dance can be really intimidating if you aren’t in touch with your body, sensuality, or if you aren’t used to dance. She understands that and little by little helps you melt those insecurities away. I’ve been taking her class consistently for 6 months and I’m so proud of my progress in pole dance. I can’t wait to see where I’ll be in a year. Take the class!!! All shapes, sizes, colors, levels, and genders are welcome in this safe space as long as you are respectful. You will not regret it! 10/10!
Jun 04, 2025 · Ashley PhillipsI had a great first class! Even being a complete newcomer to pole dancing, the fundamentals class was a great intro to stretch and work the muscles needed for grip and control. Kiersten was super nice and welcoming. She took time to walk around the studio and give us pointers on our form. I'll definitely come back here again for the 6 week beginners course - the price of classes was more affordable and closer to home than going to the city.
Nov 25, 2024 · Angelica BrooksThis studio is such a gift to the area! I have said for years that we need a pole studio in every town lol. Pole has healed me in so many ways, it has helped me connect with my femininity & sensuality and also get strong AF. Kirsten’s genuine energy radiates in this place. I’m so grateful for this studio and the community is comes with.
