River’s Way is an amazing studio! I love the Supple Strength classes. They are a perfect balance of strength, mobility, and flexibility training. The pole tricks classes are designed to accommodate every level of experience and strength. The erotic classes teach a short dance each class. It’s a great way to break a sweat, work on your memory, and have fun! All of the classes are beginner friendly. The safe and supportive environment welcomes all bodies and identities. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the wonderful community!

Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced dancer/mover, you'll be able to find suitable classes to enjoy here, to be challenged and to have fun. The studio is very spacious and well equipped.Teachers are super encouraging and attentive to each student, and students support and cheer you on too as you unlock new skills. I love seeing this welcoming, inclusive, fun, beautiful community grow, and I feel lucky to be a part of it!

As I explore new ways of moving and dancing I feel extremely supported and empowered by both instructors and fellow peers alike. It's a space with zero pretention and somewhere you can truly show up exactly as you are. I love this place so much and the space Newt, Blaze, and the other instructors are co-creating. It's everything I was dreaming would come to Central Vermont!

I have only been to the pole classes but Nat does an amazing job of meeting everyone where they are at and incorporating a lot of 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 instruction which is super helpful!! i totally recommend!!
