She's patient and super helpful whenever I get stuck and will always give me skills to work on that push me just enough. I love Night flight and have never had a bad class, all the instructors are amazing!

I am easily bored with workouts, and prior to coming here I thought I just didn't develop strength very easily. I'm now spending hours a week here and always look forward to my classes, even though they're some of the most physically intense workouts I've ever done, and I've gained more upper body strength than I ever thought possible! The instructors are all amazingly talented, both on their apparatuses and at teaching all levels. I've particularly enjoyed silks classes with Ashley and Paulina, both of whom are so sweet and also constantly push me to improve. There's a strong emphasis on conditioning and safety, and I've been able to safely push my flexibility in ways that used to be dangerous for my body prior to coming to night flight. Such an amazing workout/hobby/community - I definitely recommend giving aerials a try here!

The classes are welcoming and engaging, and everyone is supportive of each other. I have been lucky enough to take classes with several wonderful coaches.Larke is such an encouraging coach with a great attitude and wealth of trapeze knowledge. She always makes class fun!Daniela has such wonderful attention to detail, and always points out small things to improve that make a huge difference overall.Danny has infectious cheer and amazing energy, and does a wonderful job of motivating everyone to try your best.

I really appreciate the studio’s emphasis on a strong & healthy foundation —each series focuses on a logical progression of skills that build off each other. I always know what I’m working towards, and my instructor John gives me clear feedback and helpful tips to help me get there. He is super encouraging and he’s always willing to demo or walk me through a skill as many times as I need. I absolutely love taking classes here!

Their series classes are very comprehensive and I appreciate how much focus they put on properly executing certain moves before advancing. If you ever have a chance to take a class with Christina, I highly recommend doing so!! She makes class so much fun, she is extremely helpful & patient, plus she's a total badass! I feel very grateful to have found a coach whose teaching style really clicks! Thank you Christina 😄
