This remarkable growth is a testament to the "fabulous teachers" who are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. The studio's commitment to inclusivity is a standout feature; as one reviewer noted, it's a space where you feel "comfortable to not be perfect," a refreshing contrast to the often competitive and cliquey nature of other circus studios. Afterglow Aerial Arts Reviews
By far the best of the two aerial gyms I’ve tried! The teachers here are fabulous. When I started out ten months ago I had no strength and couldn’t even get up into the apparatus; now I’m easily climbing silks to the top! I’m having a grand time on Lyra, silks, sling, and trapeze, and I feel stronger and fitter than I’ve been in over a decade.
Jun 08, 2025 · Christina DeAngeloI have been taking yoga classes with Afterglow since 2020 and have taken a few circus classes. As a beginner contortion student who has never been on a silk, I feel inspired to try new things and comfortable to not be perfect in this studio. The owner has a lot of classes and balances what she offers here with everything from beginner to professional classes. This is a space that I feel immensely comfortable in and I always look forward to my next class here. The circus world isn’t always welcoming, I’ve found other studios to be competitive and cliquey. This place is good, clean fun with an option to train at a world class level.I highly recommend joining a class at any age or skill level, don’t be afraid to try something new here! This is a comfortable environment where I am able to express myself and challenge myself to new acts.
Apr 25, 2025 · Stephanie UlrichAmazing staff! Amazing vibe! Amazing place! I have taken My godchildren here for years, and there is no better aerial studio then this one. The space is very clean, the staff is very knowledgeable, there are many options for different age varieties and levels of experience. The owner is always very friendly and helpful, And my girls absolutely love working with her! I wish I could give it more than five stars!
May 16, 2025 · Sarah DennyUpdate: I still adore Afterglow. All the coaches are so caring and accepting of all students and parents. You get to be who you are and want to be here. My kiddo has attended for almost 5 years now and we won't stop. They have become part of our family in so many ways. Students get to express themselves freely and if one is so inclined to be on the stage, opportunities are available. I just can't say enough about how wonderful Afterglow really is! ❤️Amazing place to get some usual exercise with the most beautiful souls teaching you techniques. Recently had a birthday party that was the "best day ever!" according to the birthday kiddo. Worth every penny! Can't say enough or how much I love Afterglow.
Apr 25, 2025 · Mel HolmesMy daughter has attended several kids and teen series at Afterglow and has enjoyed learning new techniques to control her body. I love that they offer samplers so kids can learn about the various apparatus. She’s grown strength and confidence. She was ecstatic when she was first able to climb all the way to the ceiling and ring the bell! The studio is clean, teachers are friendly, and safety is of most importance. Communications with the staff has been easy. If you’re looking for an activity for your kiddo, this is highly recommended.
