I really enjoyed the Barre class. Emily's class is fun and instructive. There are participants of all ages and skill and Emily modified moves as needed. She also gave light-touch readjustments (which I personally appreciate.) The class reminded me of a barre class with some yoga-like breathing and stretching techniques. The class is very low pressure but can also be made to be as intense or easy-going as you'd like. - Cristina Pandes
