Westchester Dance Artists Reviews
Westchester Dance Artists is great. My daughter first went to summer camp with them a few years ago when they were in Sleepy Hollow. She danced and took part in a play they did on the last day and she loved it.This summer we saw WDA students perform at the Croton and Ossining Fairs and loved what we saw. The kids were great dancers and were clearly also really enjoying themselves, freestyling, helping each other out and generally having fun. My son watched them for a long time at both events and got inspired and is now taking hiphop classes here.He also did the summer camp this past summer for a week and really enjoyed it. From what I understand they vary activities based on the age groups attending each week, but his week they practiced a number of different dance and movement styles, some improv and basic acting, a trip to the splash pad one day. We’ve had all great experiences here.

May 21, 2018 · Virginia BenedictWe feel so lucky to have found this wonderful dance studio. It is a warm welcoming school, that focuses on the artistry and fun of dance, and very little (if any) on competitions. The teachers come from diverse backgrounds and have or are currently working dancers. Also it has been wonderful to see how much my child has improved in the past 3 years. All the parents I've gotten to know feel the same way, it is a true gem.
Mar 28, 2023 · Rachel LevineAs a former dancer/choreographer, I have been impressed with the Westchester Dance Artist's work with children and teens. It is clearly obvious everyone is fully enjoying their time learning and performing. Creativity and imagination is plentiful. The healthy inspiring work of the staff is nurturing and driven by compassion for each student's unique identity. Teamwork and care for each other apparently is a strong bond. Great place for all ages to refresh their spirits!
