Wind Dance Equestrian Center Reviews
It was just around a year ago that I started a half lease with one of the wonderful equines at Wind Dance. Although my time there was a short six months, as I moved to New England midyear, I have nothing but great things to say about the facility, Gabrielle and Matt and the whole team, and the incredibly well-cared-for horses. I also loved that the next generation of equestrians are being so well-taught via pony club and Gabrielle's lesson program. I cried real tears when I last drove away from Wind Dance, and it was genuinely the hardest part about leaving Colorado! Thank you for everything, Wind Dance family!
Dec 19, 2023 · Karen PetersonMy daughter has loved her time with Gabrielle and the horses. She is not only learning to ride, but how to take care of horses. WDE is more than a place to ride, it's a place for young equestrians to learn every aspect of horse care and management. My daughter has built relationships with peers, trainers, and especially the horses. It has been the best thing for her and I hope her love for horses continues as she gets older.
Nov 15, 2022 · Jessie YoutzI have worked in and managed Jumper barns in Washington State and here in Colorado. As a former instructor and owner I am very specific about who I trust with my children and horses. We have been going to Wind Dance for 7 years now and can’t speak highly enough about the wonderful care of this facility by the owner and staff! My son takes lessons and as his mom I volunteer doing chores simply because of the peaceful environment and family feeling of this barn. There is no Barn drama and each border and student are carefully selected to ensure they are the right fit for the horse, the trainer and the facility. The communication is wonderful, you feel safe no matter the time of day and each person takes pride in being part of the family!
Jun 18, 2021 · Candyce EverettWe board our horse at wind dance and love our experience there. We love that pony club lessons are given there and that pony club kids are working(learning how to properly care for horses) around the barn as we know proper safety and handling procedures are being used where other barns we have been at have “experienced hands” working there that leave lots to be desired as far as safety and care and handling of the horses. Would highly recommend Wind Dance for boarding or lessons!!!
Nov 07, 2022 · Zach BuggExcellent care for the horses and committed staff. Clean and well kept facilities with indoor and outdoor ring and in beautiful location. Gabi is a patient, kind, positive riding instructor who helped me immensely and was always clear, encouraging and caring. She was also wonderful with my son whether he was petting the horses, puppies, or barn cats. I would recommend Wind Dance for both boarding and lessons!
