Oct 29, 2019 · Brenda McGarrityTricia and her crew are the ABSOLUTE best! They take into account multiple body types and skill levels. When they perform, they PERFORM. They make sure the crowd is into it. From classes to the stage Seattle Twerkshop is the absolute best.
Oct 29, 2019 · Rikki CraftI signed up for a 15 class pass which was about 200$. I signed up for their ABC class which is for beginners and was extremely excited to get going! I show up at 5:50 for the virtual class awaiting for the 6pm start time. 6pm hits and no one so I wait until around 6:15 until I finally leave. I send a message via their Facebook page and they apologized and credited me back said class. I then go to the next class 2 weeks later and the exact same thing happened. I then decided I just wanted to contact them and get my money back. When I try to go to their FB page it is no longer active, the FB messenger no longer takes messages, the phone number on their website? No one answers, no one has responded back to my email, nor the IG message I sent. I am very disappointed and seemingly out of the 200$ 😭 great way to add to my already horrible week.In response to the Owners Response: this simply speaks to the unprofessionalism; at no point did anyone tell me that either class was not being held due to insufficient sign ups. How would anyone know that? So instead, you just let the person that signed up sit and wait for... nothing. What is even worse if the response that I got when I re-signed up “the next one is going to be good”.. seemingly knowing full well, that there wasn’t going to be a next one. And now, because I don’t want to do business with a company that cannot do their business professionally, I am out of 200$. This is ridiculous. Can I please just get my money back? I’ve had such a negative experience(s) I do not want to use your services. Thank you.July 19: Still have no received money back.
