I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Jody and Marsha are so kind. Along with the instructors, they make everyone feel SO welcome. The classes I have been to are great and a ton of fun. I am recovering from a hamstring injury, and a lot of the exercises have been modifiable, and I have been able to increase things as I go! Everyone is really nice and I look forward to going each time! This place has something for everyone and you feel awesome when you’re done 😎. I love their different payment methods - punch cards or unlimited, and how they are not contractual. There is never any pressure. Thank you so much, xoxo!

Everyone is very friendly and supportive; people introduce themselves to you at the start of each class if they've never seen you before. There's no spirit of competition here -- everyone does the best they can regardless of age, ability, or mobility. I've been taking classes here for a month and am already feeling the difference!

Everyone here went out of their way to make me feel welcome when I came in to take free trial classes, and it's been a wonderful environment to work out ever since! The class variety is fantastic, and the pricing is really flexible even when my schedule changes often. Instructors have been so patient and informative when answering all my questions about different exercise routines too! I highly recommend trying a class here, I've had so much fun working out since I started coming here!
