The gentlemen at the front were very friendly and the building is very beautiful but the dance floor is so small there is no room for chairs. Even without chairs, the room was overcrowded. They could put an extra speaker in the smaller room across the hall to relieve the crowded dance floor a bit. The poor acoustics didn't do the music any favors and all the voices in the room bounced off the walls and made it even harder to hear the music. We've danced a lot of places and don't recall any place feeling quite so un-inviting. Not that anyone was unfriendly. The local dancers all seemed to be having a good time but it was not our cup of tea. Also, they have apparently raised their rate to $13/person while their website still says they charge $10/person. - Jeanette Osman-Bravard
