Originating in France, ballet is a form of theatrical dance that has evolved over the past 300 years. Today, ballet is the most powerful, intricate and elegant form of dance. Our ballet classes are specifically formatted to build a quality foundation to develop proper placement and technique in our dancers, with a focus in teaching the fundamentals of the ballet barre and center work. Ballet barre exercises develop strength, coordination, posture and flexibility, while center work allows the student to practice classic ballet principles. All ballet classes are taught in the Cecchetti method with French terminology and classical music, focusing mainly on classical ballet technique, proper placement, carriage, grace and poise, and an overall dance appreciation. Physical discipline, body awareness and postural control form the basis of our ballet program. Careful instruction is given to gain proper turn-out and strength, without overstressing the body. Since ballet is the most disciplined dance form, our students learn to respect the grace and beauty that evolves from such a highly demanding activity. Our studio starts students in ballet at two and a half onto higher levels of ballet. Tap
Tap is a form of dance characterized by a tapping sound that is created from metal plates attached to both the ball and heel of the shoe, requiring a great deal of coordination and skill. These taps create a percussive sound and as such, tap dance is both a form of dance as well as the act of playing a musical instrument. Our studio starts children in tap at two and a half years-old onto higher levels of classes, where we teach basic tap technique while introduce students to spatial and musical movements. Our tap classes are fast-paced, challenging and fun, integrating new and progressive music and rhythmic foot patterns and steps. Our students explore the intricacies of rhythm and musicality using the feet as their musical instrument also developing proper execution and an awareness of sound clarity. Throughout the course of the year, we also teach and honor the history and origin of this art form. Young students are taught at a slower pace, which helps build up their coordination and skills. Various styles are taught including traditional, rhythm, Broadway and musicality tap, in addition to combining the technique of tap dancing with nostalgic to modern styles. *Tap class attire requirements: black patent leather tap shoes, tights (pink if combination class), black leotard, hair neatly secured off face, may wear black jazz pants and camisole.

Dance classes are for our littlest dancers. This introduction to dance increases early coordination, including instruction in ballet and jazz. Toddlers learn the joy of movement and dance in a fun, educational and nurturing environment. I recently signed my two daughters up here at Enrich and I am 1000% satisfied and already in love with this place! My oldest is in the Phoenix group and she is over the moon happy with the class! Coach Rachel is absolutely incredible! She’s thorough with each girl in the class, she’s extremely knowledgeable and has a special touch when demonstrating and coaching the girls on their techniques! Coach Rachel is awesome!!! My youngest is in the Flamingo class with Coach Cadence! Let me say this, I’ve already been approached by Coach Cadence twice to inform me that my daughter is ready to advance to the next class but she refuses because of how amazing Coach Cadence is and only wants to be coached by her!! I can’t say enough about this facility! 5 stars all days! Thank you Coach Rachel and Coach Cadence!! We love it here!!

I just want to share my wonderful experience regarding my kid's birthday package at Erich. 1st- the staff was absolutely amazing! They approached me so nicely and listened to all the details on decorating - they did it ALL! They thought of every single detail. It was beyond my expectations. This was the first birthday party that I didn't have to stress, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. 2nd - the package was worth every penny! My kids said it was the best day of their life!To the business owner, management, and the staff - THANK YOU! We will certainly be back next year, and you have certainly gained our loyalty as a customer in gymnastics and parties. As long as we live in Richmond - EnRich is our place to be!

This place is great. My 6 year old has an awesome coach. Coach Rachell is disciplined while also making sure my little one enjoys gymnastics to her fullest. Coach also has great communication with me and lets me know the progress of my daughter!

Not only all the amazing awards they’ve won in competitions but the work ethic and teachings they have for their gymnasts.The friendliness of the staff and the multiple training areas have greatly contributed to a positive experience for my daughter, Caylee. Coach Rachel, in particular, has been phenomenal in her approach with the Swans group. Her professionalism and dedication in teaching each lesson really shine through, and it's evident that she brings out the best in all the gymnasts, regardless of age or skill level.I also wanted to mention how great it is to have the option of booking 1-on-1 sessions for those looking to further enhance their child skills. This kind of personalized attention can make a significant difference for young athletes aspiring to get into gymnastics.

This gym takes itself WAY too seriously. They will call, text, and email for payments on the first day of the month. They attempted to run one of my credit cards (I had to get a new one) 4 times in one day. The desk staff is not helpful or understanding. They money grub and you know they have to be making a ton of money to be harping parents like they do. I had all my kids enrolled at one point and they were bored, I paid a stupid amount of money to have my kids jump on a trampoline for an hour. The gymnastics teachers just seem like bored high school kids. The ONLY reason I still send one kiddo is because she is in dance and we already paid EXTRA for her recital, not included in the tuition. As soon as we are done, I am pulling her. They don't seem to realize that they are a "recreational" facility.
