Keane Sense of Rhythm Reviews
Two years ago, I looked for an exercise program and found Keane Sense of Rhythm through Saint Paul's Community Ed program. From the first class, I was hooked and immediately bought my own tap shoes. I'm now taking two classes a week and hope to continue this the rest of my life. Tap dancing helps with leg strength, balance, bones and brain.KSR's instructors, like Ellen, Carla and Stephanie, are experienced, dedicated and fun to work with. Periodically, national professional instructors come in to give workshops. It's a wonderful studio space. I highly recommend it for all ages. I've even made some new friends in the process. So many benefits - physical, mental, emotional and social. KSR taught me how to learn. I've developed patience with the process because I see the results of waiting, starting slow to get the rudimentary steps down, and regular class practice through repetition so that routines become automatic. BESIDES learning how to tap, I feel younger, happier and healthier!!!!!
Jan 12, 2025 · Debra GeorgeI attended the Dance Fit class tonight and had a wonderful time! Megan Wind is a personable and fun teacher who incorporated decades of different music and many different types of dance! She was so encouraging to all levels of ability which I really acknowledged and appreciated as a person with a disability! I will definitely be back and have invited many of my loved ones to join me! :)
Sep 28, 2022 · Maddy EarleyThere is some good tap! no experience preferred, check out Tappy Hour for better health. Work those brains, bones, and balance.
Oct 15, 2024 · Ellen KeaneKSR has a fantastic and robust adult tap program. If you are looking to meet new people in a welcoming community, challenge your body and your brain, and have fun every week look no further.
Sep 20, 2024 · Lauren HillKeane offers the best tap instruction in the metro area! Whether you're just learning to tap or an experienced dancer, Keane has something to offer you. My daughter loves Keane. She's been dancing for several years at another studio, but she wanted even more instruction dedicated just to tap. That's where Keane "stepped" in. Their Sunday classes are perfect for a studio dancer, as they don't conflict with other classes during the week. The teachers at Keane are exceptional and they bring in amazing guest teachers. They have an in-depth knowledge of the history and evolution of tap and they truly know how to engage students. It's been wonderful to see my daughter grow in both skill and confidence!
