I absolutely LOVE Fly Freak! All of the instructors are so fun, welcoming, and great teachers. You definitely don't need to already have any experience with aerial - I went from basically zero consistent exercise to taking intermediate classes within 6 months! The studio is also amazing at creating a safe environment. It's incredibly queer-friendly and body positive, and I feel comfortable being myself here. I've made so many friends at Fly Freak already, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to try aerial, or even just for yoga, which they also offer. - Maddie Wick
