Joan Mann Dance Studio Reviews
I've danced with Miss Joan since I was 2 1/2, and I absolutely love her studio! She offers combination classes with tap, jazz, and ballet, so you get a very broad dance education. I really appreciate that she prioritizes age appropriate music, costumes, and movements as well. Miss Deidre, our hip hop/jazz teacher is also a joy to learn from! Her dances are energetic, imaginative, and she allows students to collaboratively choreograph sections of the dances with her. For the past 4 years, I've also had the honor to teach contemporary ballet at Miss Joan's studio. Miss Joan and Miss Deidre both have encouraged my creativity and have instilled in me a life-long love of dance and the arts. I can highly recommend this studio to parents seeking a positive and non-intimidating dance experience for their kids!

Mar 19, 2023 · Dana FlorenceJoan has taught my daughter and then my granddaughter ballet, tap and jazz. She is a phenomenal teacher and cares about the personal growth of her students!
Feb 06, 2023 · Angela ThaxtonMy grandaughter loves taking dance lessons from Ms. Joan! Last year's recital was phenomenal... looking forward to the next one!
Mar 19, 2023 · Linda PritchettIncredibly rude woman working there. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life. After parking in one of their many empty parking spaces for the first time on accident, I was approached by an older woman knocking on my window, reprimanding me on and on. She made it very clear I made a mistake parking there and would not leave me alone. I’ve been a dancer my whole life and support the arts strongly. It is sad to see such a lack of kindness in the industry. I hope locals will take their children to dance elsewhere.
