May 12, 2025 · AshGOOD MOVE is so much more than a dance school-- its a community center, wellness space, and movement-meditative sacred place. The instructors are all incredibly spirited and welcoming of people from all ability levels. You leave here feeling powerful and fully expressed. For those not into dancing, they also have amazing yoga classes and sound baths on the schedule. One of my favorite places to recharge and restore in New York, for sure.
