Garden Street School of the Performing Arts Reviews
My daughter joined garden street performing art school when she was 4. She took her 1st ballet class there. Our initial thoughts was to find something to occupy her free time and make her happy, but she surprised us by making into the competition team. Only 1 year in competition team, I’ve seen her making progress in an unbelievable speed - from hardly remembering her recital pieces to performing 3 different solos in different style on big stage. Many thanks to Garden Street Performing Art School. Highly recommend children who love dancing or would love to perform to go there because it is a warm team and everyone gets a chance!
Sep 07, 2024 · Boshuo HaoMy daughter has been a part of Garden Street since she was 3, and now at 8 years old, the growth we’ve seen in her extends far beyond just her dancing skills. The way the children genuinely support one another, combined with the staff’s sweet yet challenging approach, has made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful to the amazing team at Garden Street for nurturing her in so many ways, and we can’t wait to see how she continues to flourish in the years to come.
Aug 14, 2024 · Victoria JohnsonMy daughter has been dancing since she was 2 years old at gstreet and she loves the teachers and Miss Annie. Shes learned so much and has grown into a beautiful dancer. Shes now 8 and has leveled up in her classes from just one year of being on the competition team. She’s made a ton of best friends who have become like family at this point.
Sep 17, 2024 · Tiziana AluceMy kids took piano lessons at Garden Street School for a year. The teachers were kind and patient, but we ended up leaving because of the owner. For two weeks, I emailed multiple times to schedule makeup lessons but received zero response. When the owner finally got back to me, she denied that I sent multiple emails and then got extremely offended when I showed her my emails, stating at one point that she felt sorry for my children. She then tried to refuse scheduling the makeup lessons until after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Her arrogant, rude and unprofessional behavior outweighed the convenient location for us in the end.
Jul 26, 2024 · Stephanie LeeDon’t expect much improvement in your child moves after taking their classes. A director of another local art studio told me before and I should have listened. Also they have a huge space for their office but barely anyone is there, instead there is a small area for parents seating. They often don’t pick up their phones so don’t bother leaving a message even. Small area for seating.
