Forward__Space Reviews
Omg! It’s so much fun! I’m a former ballet dancer that has lost touch with dance and even have been nervous to dance since my weight gain and years without practice. It was so amazing being in such a friendly and non judgmental environment! I got to live around, work out, and have fun! If you’re not taking Lanae’s class, YOU’RE MISSING OUT!
May 11, 2025 · JasonGet out of your mind, off your phone, and into your body! I had so much fun at Forward_Space and enjoyed learning choreo and performing a short, lil routine with the group till it was drilled into my core. There was a great balance of stretching, cardio, and simple meditation. The energy was positive and upbeat, and I loved every moment. I’ll be back soon!

Fridays at 8:35am with Maresa is where it’s at! I love her energy and how I feel after a session with her!If you’re wondering what it’s like in there. GO. You won’t regret it. 💕
Jul 26, 2024 · Mindy LaiGREAT EXPERIENCE! This is a good way to move your body & get a fantastic work out in a fun way! The first time BOGO classes is the best way to dip your toe into something new. I would definitely recommend first reading the website to get a better understanding of the types of classes they offer and what you’re getting into in order to have the best expectations. Also be aware that the lights & smoke can be hard on your body so make sure to have a good meal beforehand to prevent any adverse effects. Shout out to Keeks for being the best!
Mar 02, 2024 · Ale CastaJust went to the Forward Fire class this morning with Maresa and it was a blast. A mix of aerobics, dance and light weights to great music in a fun room. Sweating from head to toe by the end and we were all energized and happy. Highly recommend!
