I decided to go way out of my comfort zone for the new year and try the cardio hip hop class. I was so nervous but absolutely LOVED it. Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was so inclusive to anyone with any background or ability. I was a total novice but felt like I picked up on so much. Great music, great instructor and such a fun workout. Perfect for beginners who want to have fun moving. I can’t wait to go back! - Stephanie Card
