Balcony Sports Reviews
We attended a birthday party at Balcony Sports. My 4 year old loved running around playing on the tramp, foam pit and large mats. They had steps in the bathroom so she can reach. And the little party room was perfect. The staff decorated, cut the cake and cleaned everything up. My daughter didn’t want to leave. They even had an awesome playground out front. My daughter has told me several times she wants to come back.
Jan 07, 2023 · M GarthI go to Balcony about 3/4 per week twice a day sometimes all has been well. Just one time had one of the staff charge me a but higher price than the person infront of me and then I sent my host kid in to buy something for her few minutes after and the same thing happend...(I'm a nanny)
May 10, 2025 · Zeldine.VMy daughter was on the wait list for about 6-7 months (we put her on before she turned 18 months as advised because of the wait). Today was her first day and she loved it! My only concern is that she is nearly 2 now (2 months out) and I’m afraid she will have already aged out of the class before hardly starting it. Everyone seemed very nice staff wise, and others attending the class as well!
Apr 25, 2024 · Madison GWe were excited to sign up for holiday camp this week, but after trying today we will never be back here! My 4.5 years old daughter went home upset and nearly crying saying she doesn’t want to go back! When I spoke to the director before enrolling I was told my daughter will be placed with her age and that the activities are tailored to their age! Today the director told me they had to combine little ones with the big kids and my daughter didn’t do well with the activities. When I asked my daughter she told me she was confused with the activities and that the coaches were frustrated with her! My daughter usually doesn’t have a problem following instructions and she loves to participate and try something new. She has experience with dance, gymnastics, swimming, and goes to school full time! In fact, I teach activity classes myself and she has never had any problems following directions with me or her other teachers! It is obvious to me that this place is not equipped in dealing with young ones! We will definitely look elsewhere for quality classes and professional personal
Dec 27, 2023 · Ana NikaWe signed my 4 years old daughter up for holiday camp, which she was very excited to attend. After the first day of trying the camp, my daughter came home upset, saying, "Please don't make me go back! I have never seen my daughter being upset over any activities she did! She has just successfully finished the swim program and, prior to that, attended dance where she performed at a recital! Never ever an issue! The Balcony director told my wife that my 4 years old didn't want to participate and didn't listen! She then talked to another child who is 5 y.o. referring to him as "immature"! They expected 4-5 years olds to participate in the activities with older kids! My daughter said the activities were confusing to her, and there was little help from her trainers! It is obvious that the staff and the director are not professional at what they do! It is easier to blame little kids who can't advocate for themselves rather than to educate your staff!
