Sapphire Gymnastics Academy Reviews
Saphire's billing department is a mess. We had an issue with them 1.5 years ago charging us for a class we did not want. We reached out again about possibly enrolling in another class and they charged the card we previously had on file from 1.5 years ago. We've never even set foot in this place or done business with them and they have literally taken hundreds of dollars out of our account now TWO times. I came here to possible delete my duplicate review, but after their rude voicemail and outing my email on their reply I will leave them both! They don't answer their phone so you can't talk to anyone in person. *I did not hit submit to my knowledge. And my card was on file from our PAST registration- that is my issue with them drafting expenses. I put the class in my cart, wrote an inquiry email asking if that was even the correct class for my daughter, and was waiting for the reply when I was automatically charged. My issue in 2023 was that I registered for the class and IMMEDIATELY sent an email (after realizing that it was a martial arts class, NOT gymnastics) and requested I be dropped immediately. Again, I could not reach anyone by phone even during open hours. I received an email reply that I was dropped from the little ninja class and then was STILL CHARGED!After the charges were made I'm then emailed telling me I have to wait 7-10 business days for my money back. This place is rude and not professional. I'm so glad we won't be doing business here.* We ended up just closing our bank account that they had charged the second time because we were unable to delete it off of the file. I requested they delete our financial information which they may find in my emails from 2023- but that clearly was not done. I never would have given it to them again especially before confirming the correct class.
Jun 11, 2025 · Alyssa ParisiGreat gym for our daughter. We have been at Sapphire for 7 years through the different programs: recreational classes, Xcel team and the development team. Good location and the best coaches around. They communicate very well with the parents. They help all gymnasts achieve the goals they are reaching for. The staff is all very friendly and helpful!!
Oct 13, 2024 · Ashley PeterMy daughter loves Sapphire and loves being on the team and learns so much about gymnastics She also enjoys the coaches and has made many friends She loves Sapphire
Mar 07, 2025 · Kristen Darrah- SmithWe’ve been going for 1 year. My kid has learned some decent skills but the communication from coaches is non-existent. In fact at one point my kid had 4 different coaches within a month and half and nothing was ever communicated on it.Getting emails back from staff takes a good 1-2 weeks. Some staff can be slightly rude and condescending on the phone. We only have a couple weeks left to the “season” we signed up for and we will be moving on. A good place to start if your kid is a first timer but go in with your expectations low.
May 17, 2024 · Emilie DolphinMy son takes the little ninjas class. Mr. Simon is absolutely wonderful with the youngsters. If you're looking for something to help keep your kid active and burn some energy, this is a great option. Props to Sapphire!
