I have been taking Capoeira classes here since 2007 and I can honestly say that the Capoeira here is awesome. The teacher Mestre Gaivota is a wealth of knowledge in both the physical side of this awesome martial art but also on the history and music side as well. The community that has grown here over the years has become like a second family. I have watched some of the students literally grow up before my eyes. Not only will you learn this awesome martial art there but you will be instilled with a sense of community and grow as a person. While I have been focusing on Capoeira the studio also has a variety of other classes as well. - Adam Chase
