May 03, 2025 · Kaitlynn WilliamsThis local business is an absolute gem in Fort Collins. Every instructor has been incredibly personable but each still have their own distinct styles of teaching. Some will resonate at certain times more than others for me, but I always leave this studio instilled with a greater sense of pride in my own movement and a much greater sense of community. I encourage everyone to try out a few classes and find your vibe- I guarantee they have it here! What an incredibly positive and uplifting space to have in our area! (Shoutout to my faves- cardio hip hop with Audrey, barre with Sarah, and dance with Darian!)
Mar 28, 2025 · Heather McLaughlinI love all the classes I’ve been to! Everyone is so nice, kind, helpful, and supportive. The instructors are wonderful—I haven’t been disappointed yet (even if a type of class doesn’t suit my current needs/desires). Highly recommended 🤍
Feb 06, 2025 · Keli YergerSuper inviting and in a nice community building. I felt very Fort Collins going. The class I took was mat Pilates and it felt a little robotic. It worked my muscles but not in a particularly fun or rhythmic way. I’ll be trying more classes but that class wasn’t very mentally stimulating.
Dec 29, 2024 · Sarah KechejianLacey Gasaway was an awesome instructor. She took time to make sure every movement was done correctly. She tailored the session to what our group needed that day. And she ended with meditation which was so great. I loved this and will go back!
