The Aerial Loft Reviews
Ashley is such a wonderful ball of energy! Mesh was also a pure delight substituting for her the past couple weekends, staff is so warm and welcoming. Excited to keep coming back and improving with all these talented instructors
Feb 01, 2025 · DanielleExtremely disappointed with this place. My fiancé and I were excited to try our very first class here, especially since she’s a long-time practitioner. Unfortunately, parking was an issue, and we arrived just 3-4 minutes late. Despite the circumstances, we were turned away with no refund or any form of compensation offered. We drove 45 minutes to get here only to be turned this way. It’s unacceptable to treat first-time visitors so poorly, especially when we were looking forward to this experience. We will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Jan 11, 2025 · Kai EversAlthough my partner and I only took one class, we are impressed by the instructor and the costumer service. They make us feel really welcome and we can't wait to continue taking classes here! Would highly recommend the intro to pole classes.
Jul 24, 2024 · Nathy AAbsolutely love this studio! Out of all the studios on Long Island I feel like they have the most diversity and I’ve frequented all of them numerous times. Never have I seen so many different ethnicities in one room. You will never feel left out here. Regina (the owner) is very professional and welcoming. The studio is clean and the equipment is well maintained. The classes are well structured and they give you progressions and regressions depending on where you’re at. Feel free to come here, be supported, challenged, and uplift others. This studio reminds me of the first studio I called my “polehome” the vibes are so good. Definitely check it out! You won’t regret it! I wish I lived closer that’s the only “con” lol.
