Spotlight Dance Academy Reviews
Great place!! Most important to me is safety and atmosphere for my daughter- (dance and technique is important as well but not number one to me) The staff takes student safety very seriously! Highly recommended.
Mar 27, 2024 · Kaylee JaimeWouldn’t recommend, particularly for young children. Not a kind or welcoming atmosphere to say the least, unfortunately. Was asked what my 2 year olds “problem” was very aggressively, rolled eyes and shook head at, because she was crying (she was just trying to adjust to not having me with her). A couple of irritated comments were made very openly making it clear the owner didn’t want to be teaching the young 2-3 year old class. Despite me doing my best to remove her quietly when needed, my apologies were met with more rolled eyes and unprofessional demeanor. After mentioning to a couple of friends in the area, I found out they had the same EXACT experience with other staff and other aged children, as well as them yelling at the kids. We won’t be returning. Too bad, as I was really hoping for a nice dance studio in the area.
