Aug 26, 2019 · MichelleHardy MusicVery unprofessional staff. Stacy, whom is the coordinator was not able to answer simple questions I had without a sarcastic attitude. In their form it states kitchen for additional $25, I was inquiring Room 10, one of my questions was, is the kitchen available for the additional $25 and what does that include, her response “did you even read the fine print” could she just not simply reply, a simple No the kitchen is not available for that room? Very rude. She sends the contract information days late as according to her, it got lost in her email. Them is emailing and calling because immediately I didn’t respond leaving yet another unprofessional message. I’m not an idiot and stop treating people like they are. Btw, Room 10 does NOT fit 70 people seated. I had friends go check the place out and it won’t even fit 50 without being jammed packed. Their descriptions are off. Beware! Look elsewhere, where at least the contact person won’t be rude and unprofessional in the way she addresses you.
Feb 07, 2024 · Lily GarciaThe customer service is great and I like the idea that there are so many rooms to choose from when it comes to renting for an event. However, I paid a deposit for a room and planned to use a square ball pit with balls and a balloon dome for decoration, which is small. I was told I could not bring any of my items, even though they don’t mention this in their policy or contract. And the items are not hazardous at all. I decided not to book and requested a refund so that my child can have a party with entertainment.
