Sharons School of Dance Reviews
My 2.5y/o daughter had a great time at our trial night. She has been asking to go back and is so excited to be a “ballerina.” Ms. Sharon is so patient and kind! We are excited to be part of this dance studio.
Feb 23, 2025 · Joanna AsselinWhen our little one expressed interest in dance at age 3 her dad and I knew that we didn't want her to to be in a competitive dance studio or one that isn't concerned with actual teaching. I was familiar with that side of dance and didn’t think it would be a good fit for us. I wanted a place that would include teaching real basics, fundamentals & techniques and of course be fun. We found all of that at Miss Sharon's. Ms. Sharon personally taught the classes, so she gets to know your child. The setting is fun and pressure free. My daughter comes away knowing the exact names of the steps and positions (of course, she never remembers). I leave knowing that if she chooses to pursue dance further that she's gotten a good foundation and she's in a great place that seems very much like a little community. We are very happy with our decision and look forward to growing with the school.
Sep 01, 2022 · J BrownMy daughter has been dancing at Sharon’s School of Dance for three years and absolutely loves it! Sharon not only teaches her students the art of dance, but also respect and independence. She teaches from a place of love and truly puts so much into her classes and her recitals are wonderful! Her music choice, costumes and choreography are tasteful and age appropriate. She wants the children to learn technique, but also to be children and have fun! Additionally, Sharon is incredibly easy to reach and always responds to messages. I highly recommend Sharon’s School of Dance!
Jul 01, 2023 · Erin DeVetMrs. Sharon has been a massive, positive influence in my daughter’s life! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the love she has for her dancers and the encouraging environment she creates for them. My daughter has built new confidence, been supported and challenged to grow in new ways, made new friends and thrived under Mrs. Sharon’s leadership and direction. She communicates consistently and clearly about my daughter’s progress, asks for input and feedback on how things are going and makes sure that, no matter what the situation, we’re included in decision making. Mrs. Sharon is a gift to all who are who have the honor of knowing and working with her!
Jun 28, 2023 · Allison KellyWe have been going to this Dance Studio for a year and a half with my 4 year old. She is the right balance of technique and age appropriate expectations. She is patient and listens to you when you have questions or concerns. She also is quick to remind you to adjust your expectations to the child's age (which I find very helpful). After all, I want my child to have fun and enjoy it.Also, this studio is privately own and I only work directly with Ms. Sharon (this changes per location). But I love having a direct line to her and she is always available for you.
