One parent highlighted this, noting how an instructor intervened to help their 9-year-old adapt when struggling, showcasing the supportive multi-teacher environment in classes. Rize All has grown significantly since opening its doors in Elk Grove in 2017, having served over 1,000 students and families throughout Sacramento and Elk Grove. Rize All Arts Center Reviews
My son's aunt paid for classes for the kids hip hop and our first time there, no one talked to us, explained the process or evem introduced themselves. They took the kids to the back and no one was allowed to go to the back or even be in the lobby (mind you our son is only 5). We only found that out from signs on the walls. After class they dismissed him and again, no one was there to talk to us about the class or how things work there. Definitely a bad first impression and pretty bad customer service. This was highly reviewed so it was pretty disappointing.
Jun 14, 2024 · Emily CortesI'm impressed with them. Despite my 9yo kid crying at her 2nd trial class. I am trying to have my kid choose the type of dance that suits her so they invited her to try out a few classes before going all in. That was a definite plus for this school. But she got super frustrated because she couldn't keep up with some of the kids who had a 2month head start and became upset. Another instructor intervened and tried to help and my kid took well to that instructor. There are several teachers in each dance class, which is very thoughtful and in our case...sometimes necessary. There are recitals and several dance styles to choose from including light saber & hula along side the type of dance you would expect. I hope my kid chooses classes that she will learn to love. The arts help to round out a child and give way to self-expression. So glad they're around.
Aug 17, 2022 · Guerrero FamilySo far we love this place! Great customer service on the phone and In person with very knowledgeable staff! Both ladies I spoke to were very helpful regarding classes and schedules that worked for our daughters. We were able to try free trail classes for any dance class so we can see what our daughters enjoyed most, which I loved and so did they! They have great instructors who are very patient and fun with the kids ! I love that we can watch the class via zoom and I can hear and see everything going on. Great Dance studio with tons of choices for boys and girls! Cant wait to see what our girls learn and they are very excited to be there dancing!
Mar 09, 2021 · Bre OrtizRize All has been wonderful to us. Our daughter takes ballet and salsa. She had to take a break due to the 2020 craziness but she's back and so excited!! Rize All was happy to see her back and made her feel very welcome. She's super happy which makes us parents super happy.
