Nataraja Studios Reviews
Nataraja Studio is a haven for dancers of all levels. I am an intermediate student and I am so impressed by the welcoming, kind, beautiful, inspiring and also fierce dedication Grace the owner and main belly dance teacher shares. I have a class pass and come weekly to a beginner class and each session I come away feeling nurtured, held and refreshed. Also I am learning technique, history, and music of bellydance which Grace shares during our dance classes. As a performer, aerialist and theater practitioner I am able to weave the strength, poise and “Grace” of the practice into movement meditations on the dance floor, on stage and throughout life. All levels including complete beginners are welcome and Grace hosts advanced classes too for those with more experience!
Sep 06, 2021 · Lauren, Stephen & Bella Scuderi (Guardian Angel Music)I am Grace’s mother and therefore naturally biased. Watching Grace dance and listening to her wisdom inspires me to be more graceful and caring. I recommend her classes to anyone who loves to move and is willing to learn a new form and learn about the history of Middle Eastern Dance or wishes to expand their experience of this modality. It is appropriate for adults of all ages. I am 71 and when I take classes with her, I go slower and adapt things to suit my energy-level and have felt supported to do that. Grace plans to provide classes for teenagers and children as well.
Sep 16, 2021 · L. ShalevWow…Grace is incredible! In addition to the truly wonderful massage, her energy and space are so beautiful. I know there are a lot of massage therapists in the area, but if you want the full experience from ambiance, perfect touch and pure bliss-she’s your girl. I’m also absolutely looking forward to joining her for belly dancing!
Nov 18, 2022 · Jacquelyn PerronIve been taking Bellydance classes with Grace and it has been so incredible to tap into this part of myself. Not only is it an amazing expression of feminine energy in our bodies, but it’s a killer workout and I end up feeling amazing about my body & my ability to move it even after just one class a week! Thank you Grace for holding down this space ♥️
Nov 21, 2022 · Yulia KlimentoWhat an amazing place to explore the world of dance! Grace brings heart and spirit to her teaching that can make a dancer of any level feel the beauty of movement and exploring the body. I've taken the introductory classes and have not only had fun, but have learned about new ways of movement and new awareness of parts of my body I haven't felt before. It really feels like every body is welcome here.
