Nov 13, 2021 · Patricia SmithI was fortunate enough to get to see the Trifecta performance at the Civic Theatre in San Diego. WOW ...I loved it ! The choreography is fresh and the dancers are just magnificent. Everything flowed and the costumes and live orchestra in the last act - Just spectacular, thank you all for putting on such a great show. Much appreciated
Jun 04, 2024 · Shar Smith- MonteiroThis is the best Ballet Academy! Our daughter has been studying ballet at Golden State Ballet Academy for over a year. She started with online classes during the pandemic and we were impressed with the level of attention and detail her instructor took with form and technique; especially with Zoom instruction. Once in the studio, post pandemic restrictions, the culture of inclusion and caring prevailed with serious attention to proper technique and artistic growth. Owners Raul and Cindy bring a wealth of dance, choreography and management experience with a matching passion for bringing the best out of every student. Our daughter has excelled, her technique vastly improved and her desire to attend classes multiplied.
Nov 09, 2022 · frank kephartMy son joined Golden State Ballet & Pilates in January 2020 and now, not quite a year later, his technic has improved so much. Having access to the best teachers and being surrounded by dedicated and compassionate dancers, he has thrived. After winning a competition, he is hoping to get into the top dance college programs and continue his journey as a dancer in training into a professional career. Golden State has a great program for boys, which is not easy to find in San Diego. Raul is an amazing teacher and mentor to them. All teachers there are top notch and Cindy and Raul (Owners) are great at bringing in incredible teachers and guest artists. Finding Golden State has been one of the best things in our lives!
