Apr 24, 2025 · Michelle Hunttingi'm surprised there aren't hundreds of reviews for this studio. i've been going to yoga classes in different studios in seattle for 25 years. and the studios have changed quite a bit.... yoga has become more of a work out place than a place to get your body ready for a deep meditation practice. dragonfly studio has done an excellent job curating instructors and designing the space to ensure students are getting a great work out while at the same time cultivating some bigger purpose. the classes are all levels, the temperature is warm but not gimmicky hot, the studio is always spotlessly clean, the people are nice, the lighting is warm. the owner cares about her clients and is in the studio often. her instructors and students show great admiration towards her which is lovely to see.
May 03, 2025 · victoria RobertsWow, what a gem! My wife usually claims this spot for yoga and massages, but while she was away overseas for a few weeks, she passed her bookings to me. Her loss, my win! I enjoyed a couple of massages—both the full-body and Thai were fantastic. This place is awesome, but don’t let it get so popular that I can’t snag a reservation!
Apr 22, 2025 · Gary WoodI just attended a beautiful, magical class hosted by Amy Sue at 7am, I can't think of a better way to start my day! This is a beautiful yoga studio, the instructors are wonderful and it has a lovely atmosphere. I just got a cute Dragonfly t-shirt too! I'm super excited. Thank you for providing such a wonderful studio. I highly recommend going to classes, it is life changing and everyone is very welcoming.
Sep 19, 2024 · Mary McClaryJenna's alignment workshop on January 25 was fantastic! I highly recommend all of Jenna's workshops - it's hard to break old habits and these workshops helped me to do that and to work on proper form.Dragonfly is a special place!
