DCDC, takes my breath away every time! I’m unequivocally infatuated with the Company! It’s an exhilarating experience! Beholding them, thrills, engages, captivates, draws, and moves me! I had the sheer pleasure to attend their last performance at the Victoria Theater and once again, they’ve floored me! I will forever be a DCDC Stan…! I’m looking forward to their next performance! If you have never experienced this artistic excellence, cultural significance, with education and community engagement that continues showcasing the rich legacy of African American dance; while also fostering innovation in contemporary dance… you’ve done yourself an disservice! I would like to see less cultural appropriation in the front line, to adhere to DCDC’s leadership in its continuance of promoting African American dancers that brings diverse stories to the stage. - Veronica Campbell
