Gotta Dance! Reviews
Gotta Dance is a wonderful studio, and has some great instructors, as well as an amazing director. My daughter has always been treated kind, and has grown so much. Gotta Dance is more than a dance studio, it’s a place where the dancers can be themselves- a home away from home. The recitals are amazing, and the Nutcracker Ballet is one of the best in Tucson.
Jan 12, 2025 · Melony GallegosI absolutely love this dance studio. They have been very welcoming & accepting of my daughter who is on the spectrum. Watching her confidence grow through dance has been such a joy! The recital is an amazing production & the talent in all the dancers is incredible, especially the advanced dancers, they were remarkable on stage!
May 23, 2023 · Ashley DavisThe class was well thought out but for 3 year olds the expectations were a little high. My daughter asked for a pink wand (the teacher was holding a bag) and she handed her a different one and said “you get what you get.” I am an advocate of treating children like people, and for child liberation and very much expect my child to be treated how you would treat any other person. It felt unnecessarily unkind and also a way to be controlling of children. I would go to Parks and Recs if you want a more relaxed approach to dance for kids. I was told they were great with kids, but found the woman seem to have very little experience with small children. We won’t be returning.
Sep 06, 2024 · Caitlin AllenAbsolutely FANTASTIC summer programs! My girls had a blast at their Taylor Swift and Willy Wonka summer day camps. They learned so much! They were active, creative, learned about choreography, improvisation, made new friends, we're so excited to go back every week. They each performed in a show by the end of the week. Thank you so much for putting this together, they loved it! Looking forward to coming back for dance this school year and next summer as well!
