I forgot how wonderful it is to dance and how much happiness it brings me! While there are a lot of former drill team/dance teamers, a newbie can totally get an awesome workout and do fine, especially after you attend a few times!!No matter what your level of experience, I promise an extraordinary cardio workout to great music and the most phenomenal group of teachers and ladies dancing alongside you.
