Though my wife is more of a ballet person than I am, neither of us knew what to expect from this 1973 Las Vegas take on "Carmen," but WOW! We we hooked from the very beginning. The color, the drama, the dancing, the music—everything was just stunning. The performers were amazing to watch, and the way they told the story through movement was so powerful and clear, even for someone like me who’s not a big ballet guy.It was bold, emotional, and visually gorgeous. We left the theater genuinely impressed and already talking about what we want to see next. Huge kudos to Charlotte Ballet for an unforgettable night. - Keith Pierce
