Pole Body & Arts offers a wide variety of classes designed to cater to all skill levels, from absolute beginners taking their first spin to advanced pole artists refining complex inversions. Their schedule includes a mix of technique-focused classes, conditioning, and choreographed routines.
Intro to Pole (Sport/Beginner): The perfect starting point for newcomers with little to no experience. These classes familiarize students with basic pole vocabulary, foundational moves, spins, walks, and conditioning exercises needed to build confidence.
Intro to Pole (Sexy/Beginner): Similar to the Sport/Beginner intro, but with an emphasis on more fluid, sensual movements and floorwork, often incorporating heels.
Pole Essentials (Levels I, II, III, IV): A structured progression through various levels of pole technique. Students learn climbs, static poses, more complex spins, floorwork, choreography, and begin invert training as they advance. Higher levels focus on advanced inversions, dynamic combinations, and seamless transitions.
Spin Flow (PEI+, PEII+): Classes dedicated to mastering techniques on the spinning pole, focusing on controlling speed, maintaining flow, and creative transitions.
Poleography (PEI+): Choreography-focused classes designed to increase pole dance vocabulary, improve musicality, lines, and expression through dynamic routines.
Low Flow & Heels Classes (PEI+): Focus on building solid heels technique and exploring low flow combinations, including floorwork, base-of-the-pole transitions, and expressive movement.
Flexy Lab / Flexibility Classes (All Levels): Dedicated classes to improve range of motion, focusing on stretching techniques for splits, back flexibility, and overall body openness, suitable for all levels.
Strength Training (All Levels): Conditioning classes designed to build the necessary muscle groups for pole fitness, enhancing overall strength, endurance, and injury prevention.
Open Gym: Dedicated time slots for students to practice moves, work on routines, or condition independently outside of structured class time.

Mar 10, 2025 · Angela LydaI tried to hold off giving a review as long as I could because I really want to give this place a fair chance. It’s a beautiful gym and maybe clients who are taking classes have a different experience. I have tried to use this gym a couple different times for practice hour on my own and have only been successful once. I haven’t been able to get into contact with anyone who seems to care. I met one woman face to face my very first day and she just stared at me when I walked in until I awkwardly asked about drop in times. I feel like the clients that take the classes get priority at this point which is very unfortunate because I am passionate about pole dance and this is the only studio near me. I have had issues with the app and texted whoever runs the studio about it and it was clear she didn’t even read my message. I’m very frustrated that whoever runs the studio doesn’t seem to care about being involved and having a smooth experience for clients.
May 27, 2025 · Chloe WilkersonI bought a membership in September. I was planning on going to daily classes But The classes are often full And not available And not convenient Times. Out of the five or six instructors that I experienced only one was actually worth paying. I was in a car accident Membership because I couldn't physically do it for a while. Then my situation changed completely because a series of events after an accident. I tried to cancel Last month and did I paid $135 for the month and $100 cancellation fee I have only been maybe five times total to the studio. So basically I paid 100 a calss. And they're not going to give me my money back and I never got my shoes that I was supposed to get when I paid for it to begin with.No compassion and just want your cash I physically cannot go there anymore I haven't been there I don't want to pay for months of dancing that I can't do.
Mar 01, 2025 · Heather AtheyTook an intro class and OMG so fun. Welcoming crowd with good chemistry made for such a fun experience overall! It was hard (duh!) but you can definitely tailor the experience to whatever you want. I am about to start my period so a little lethargic, and took it at my own pace and am so glad I gave it a try. Will try again because AGH what an amazing skill!
