Elayna has been my pilates instructor for about two months now and it has been wonderful! She is knowledgeable about what she teaches, adaptable to individual needs and makes it fun while she's at it. I already feel like my core is getting stronger! While I don't dance, I also know her ballet instruction is wonderful as well, she's an amazing dancer. I'd highly recommend!
