Van De Veere Productions Reviews
Have had children dancing at the studio for years and I value the supportive, positive family atmosphere that cultivates the talents of each child. Classes are offered at a range of levels and allow kids to experience, explore and hone their dance, tumbling, musical theater and vocal technique. There is encouragement to perform in regionaldance competitions and the teachers strive to teach in a way that fosters love of dance, support of the team and pride in performance.
Sep 02, 2019 · Patricia DawsonMy two girls have been dancing with Van de Veere since they were 4 yrs old. I feel that they were lucky to learn the French terminology used in dance at such a young age as it has helped them grow as dancers. The teachers that we have had have all been incredibly patient and nurturing, we would highly recommend this dance studio!
Mar 14, 2019 · Sky YonallyMy daughter took Tiny Tutus at the adult center in West Linn. It was a mess from the start. First they over booked the class by 8 children. The max was 12 and they had 20! Her teacher wasn’t fit to teach small children. She constantly expected 4 year olds to know complex ballet moves without explaining them. Over half the kids in our class said they didn’t enjoy ballet because it was too complicated and they didn’t understand. When some of us parents approached the teacher about helping our kids she said there wasn’t much she could do she “just works there” and that she “wasn’t in charge”. Very disappointed to have wasted $140 and would highly recommend taking ballet elsewhere.
