They believe that a teacher's influence extends far beyond physical benefits, impacting a student's future by instilling a lifelong passion for dance while nurturing creativity. The faculty at TPDC are committed to motivating and challenging every student, whether they are at a recreational or intensive level. They pride themselves on teaching proper technique, which is seen as integral to injury prevention and to dancers furthering their careers in whichever way they choose. Beyond technical proficiency, TPDC emphasizes artistry in choreography, allowing their young dancers to bring visions to life and even encouraging older, experienced dancers to choreograph their own routines. Critically, the studio views itself as an "extension of our families," fostering values like respect, acceptance, and kindness, with a strict anti-bullying policy. This commitment to a supportive and caring atmosphere is frequently highlighted by parents, who note that their children feel "welcomed, comfortable & confident" and that TPDC is their "second home."

Oct 03, 2018 · T RhatiganThe facility is sub par. The owner Isa miserable, unfriendly, catty woman, who bases her decisions on who shelikes that day. She's on a power trip andruns her business as such.Local parents steer clear of this studio. She will not hesitate to hurt your child's feelings to feed her giant, fragile, ego. She has zero professionalism and is usually dressed in what appears to be her pajamas. If your looking for a studio that focuseson developing your daughters dancingability, this is not the place. It has gottenworse every year since we started. Girls are leaving every year and I can only attribute it to the poor leadership by the owner. There is no sense of family or team. It is purely about the money.I gave one star because the owner'smother who also teaches there is kind and fair. Its too bad because she is the only positive thing there. Besides that it's a deteriorating business much like the building it's in.
