I absolutely love taking classes with Gail. I feel welcomed and comfortable. Gail will always adjust the class to accommodate the students level and ability. A battle with connective tissue disease has altered my athletic ability but the Essentrics Gentle Stretch is a great class to slowly build strength and flexibility. Much better than going to a gym.
