The joy from being at The Studio of Dance is real!!!!! This studio has been part of my family’s village and (as a mother) I am so grateful!I have also become a tap dancer myself as a 48 year old women- thank you Karen for the support! Finally, the courage and dedication it has taken for this studio to continue during quarantine, covid and such uncertain times has been amazing! It was so great to see all the dancers on stage with masks for an end of the year performance!!
Jun 27, 2021 · Kari PrimozicMy two daughters really enjoy coming here for Tap, Ballet and Acro. Karen and Courtney are always upbeat and easy to talk to. I have even had good conversations with the parents in the waiting area - even met a neighbor for the fist time. We have been to other dance studios that are kind of "snobby". The Studio of Dance is "down-to-earth" and great for kids that want to have fun dancing and learn some good skills at the same time. Thanks!
Nov 28, 2018 · Adam Vitelli, DMDMy fiance and I went here to learn and practice our first dance. We started by taking their adult social dance class. Sam and Courtney explain things so well that even my fiance who has no dance experience was able to pick it up! Highly recommend going here!
Aug 17, 2023 · Nicole and Ryan JacksonThe studio is well run and the students love their teachers. What really stands out is how Karen goes above and beyond for her students and their families. I don’t know how she keeps on top of knowing what each student needs, in and outside of dance, but I am impressed. And, throughout the 6+ years we have been with the studio, Karen has modeled true inclusivity in ways I don’t see elsewhere.
