Sep 18, 2019 · Tabitha H.It is so great to have a place to learn aerial arts and practice yoga and get an amazing workout. There are also many great workshops offered by various herbalists, middle eastern drummers and performers. Safety is very important to all of the instructors and that is so necessary for aerial and any fitness class. Also keep an eye out for the amazing shows held here throughout the year. There are classes for everyone : aerial yoga, lyra hoop, hammock, pole, flexibility, yoga and belly dancing.
Jan 26, 2018 · Nancy PerezMy favorite place to learn aerial and pole! The teachers are awesome here, we have a lot of fun in class and they offer privates for fitness, aerial or even yoga therapy. They even have coaching if you ever want to perform on stage in their shows or at Artwalk. During the Pomona Artwalks they have a live band and dancers on pole and aerial. Its fun to watch them all on stage, it makes you wanna dance with them!
