Magical Steps Sound In Motion Performing Arts Center Reviews
I am very happy that I brought my daughters to Magical Steps. Front desk manager Val is very knowledgeable and went over all the paperwork with me and after the experience I had at 2 other studios which where not good. I am very grateful to the owner who understood my situation and allowed me to make payments and as I got paid and received monies from my ex husband which I don’t receive on a regular bases and this allows my daughters to do what they love.Thank you everyone at Magical Steps
May 08, 2024 · ArlandriaEverything was OK until it was time to cancel my daughter dance class. You can register online, BUT you don't have the option to cancel online...you have to go into the office and sign a form. (an inconvenience)They open a few hrs out of the week...Wednesday 4:45-8:30Thursday 4:45-7Friday 4:45-7And when you call during their business hours they don't answer! When I finally found the time to go into the office to fill out the form (before the 16th of the scheduled billing period). I WAS STILL CHARGED THE FOLLOWING MONTH!!!Called NO answer, instead of a call back I get a text to provide proof of the form...no apology, nothing! Just said they would forward to their billing and will let me know. I had to AGAIN reach out! I will be calling my bank to dispute! Ridiculous! Horrible customer service!
Aug 07, 2024 · Jennifer PerezThis is my daughters dance studio has been for the last three years and she’s been very happy with this studio and teachers. Especially her tumbling coach. THIS STUDIO IS AMAZING and goes above and beyond to sure my daughter always felt welcome
May 08, 2024 · Alexandria MillsBe careful, they will hold you to a dance contract no matter what happens to you. Our daughter danced with them for years, but we went through life changing circumstances and she couldn't go anymore. They did not care and only cared about collecting dues. We tried to resolve amicably, but instead they are going through collections to collect dues. Really? They don't understand that being a responsible parent is more important than being a dance parent.
Aug 17, 2019 · Darren AnthonyI do not recommend this studio to anyone. My experience has been unfortunately, a very disappointing one as we had great expectations but have been meet with only great disappointments. The coaches are great though! It’s the management and front of house that need work on there customer service. Sometimes adults forget that the students are also the customers! After all it’s there experience at your place of business not ours we just pay you!!!!
