Have been going since it opened and am stronger and have better posture . The clientle is varied all ages , men and women.An added bonus are Heather's service dogs. They are so well behaved and are always ready to welcome you to the studio. Give the studio a try you wont be sorry.

I'm a little sore, but not too sore; I'm sore enough to know I did some real work these past two days.Heather is great, she explains things really well. I was a bit nervous because I've never done a Pilates or barre class before, but it was a breeze with her. I'm definitely going to keep coming here as long as I can, the early 6:30am class is super convenient for before work.
