Strength and Flow: A dynamic class combining flowing yoga sequences with light weights (2, 3, or 5 lbs, optional) to build both strength and flexibility in a supportive setting for all experience levels.
Gentle Yoga: Emphasizes practicing poses with great care, focusing on breath, alignment, and releasing hidden tension. Ideal for beginners or those seeking a less intense practice.
Level II Gentle Yoga: Builds upon Gentle Yoga with more modifications and a greater focus on strength and balance, perfect for exploring a deeper physical practice while honoring individual body histories.
Rise and Shine Yoga: Early morning classes designed to invigorate and set a positive tone for the day.
Back to Basics: An ideal starting point for new yoga practitioners or those who prefer a slower pace, with instructors offering props and modifications for individual needs.
