May 27, 2022 · Lia AbbateThe Ballet Spot’s class offerings are varied and the instruction is extremely professional. However what sets Eliza and her team apart is how warm and enthusiastic they come across even on zoom. I really feel like I have gotten to know them and become a part of a dance/fitness community that includes people across the county and the world. I have gained strength, confidence and a better understanding of dance through all the classes and programs that are offered. Additionally the inclusive price point per class made it easy to become a regular.

Apr 15, 2021 · LisaEliza and the Ballet Spot have been amazing! I’ve stayed sane during the quarantine by enjoying fun, incredibly amazing workouts (cardio ballet and barre classes taught by real ballerinas). Great mix of focusing on technique but also the fun of dancing!Love how every month there’s a new theme - you get to learn new choreography, the backstory of the dance, etc.Highly recommend- and no prior dance skills required!
